Review: Glamabox - Beauty subscription box

One of the perks of subscribing to the HK-based beauty box is that you’ll get to sample products that are not available in Singapore. That certainly adds to the surprise element. The Hello Kitty Graffiti Makeup Collection is now launched in Hong Kong Sasa, Citistore, Mannings and Colourmix stores, which includes eyeshadow palettes, mascara, eyeliner, concealer, lipsticks, and nail polishes in juicy colours.

Morigarden Magnolia Moisturising Sun Protect Cream SPF15 PA++ 5ml

Review: Glamabox - Beauty subscription box

I was pretty interested in this little pot of Sun Protect Cream! Never heard of the brand before but it was specially selected from Japan. Magnolia moisturises and prevents skin-ageing while providing sun protection. It also contains aloe vera extract and organic hazelnut oil.

Review: Since it’s only SPF15, it can last about 2-3 hours in the sun, I apply it when I have to pop out for awhile to get lunch! It’s pretty lightweight and non-greasy. Plus I really like the light floral smell.

SFERANGS Repairing Eye Balm 5ml

Review: Glamabox - Beauty subscription box

SFERANGS is a Korean cosmetics and beauty brand, since 1979. Its sensitive formula is gentle yet improves elasticity and hydration of skin around the eyes. Say goodbye to wrinkles, dark circles and dryness!

Review: I used the SFERANGS Repairing Eye Balm on my lower eye bags twice a day, and liked the consistency of the cream. It is lightweight – which is very important for eye creams – and also has a pleasant fragrance. Just a pea-size is enough; do not spam eye creams as that might clog the pores around the eye and give you milia seeds. I do find that my eye area is more moisturised, but not so apparent on the fine lines department yet.

I would think SFERANGS is a pretty high-end brand as the Repairing Eye Balm in 30ml retails at SGD95! But the cool thing about beauty subscription boxes is that you get to sample products before committing to buying the full-sized one.

xx

My favourite products from the Glamabox are the SFERANGS Repairing Eye Balm and Morigarden Magnolia Moisturizing Sun Protect Cream! I think I know the reason why… both smell so good! Hehheh. <3
