Chinese New Year wasn’t so bad after all, partly because there’s all that FOOD we get to eat only once a year, for e.g. grandma’s cooking, and all that restaurants that we go to for seafood dinners. It was crazy! Constant eating, and I’m not exaggerating.
No Signboard seafood restaurant (geylang)
CHILLI CRAB!! I LOVED THE SAUCE WITH MANTOU!!!
CRAYFISH WITH SALTED EGG YOLK PASTE. AWESOMELY DELICIOUS.
My CRAB BEEHOON :)
Didn’t take many photos, cuz I still can’t find my camera battery’s charger! It’s lost somewhere at home under some pile of my sister’s books. Hence relying on my trusty iPhone camera now. I really tried to look for it, so from this you can tell that my house is atrociously messy. That’s why nobody is allowed to come to my house for CNY! My mother’s orders.
Anyway, it seemed like the rabbit’s warm and soft nature took over from the feisty fierce tiger as the year ended. I could feel the change, because I felt more willing to talk to my mother when I realized that she isn’t as forceful on me as before. I hope our relations will improve this year. Gotta give and take.
FOUR days of eating and CNY is still not over yet. Haha, there’s another family dinner this coming saturday. Good food and wine awaiting :)
Lastly, Bear Bear wishes to say, “HAPPY NEW YEAR AND GOOD HEALTH TO EVERYONE!” :)
What a cute little cuddly thing :) I love it.
